Refund Policy

Introduction

At NEXTGEN UNIVERSAL CHARITABLE TRUST, we are deeply grateful for your generous contributions and support toward our mission. Your donations help us continue our charitable activities in education, healthcare, environmental stewardship, and sustainable livelihoods. As a policy, all donations made to the Trust are final and non-refundable. However, we recognize that errors may occur and, in limited circumstances, refunds may be considered.

1. Non-Refundable Donations

• All voluntary contributions made to the Trust’s activities are treated as final.
• Donations once processed cannot be refunded, returned, or transferred to another individual or organization.

2. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be processed only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Transaction: If a donor made an unintentional duplicate donation due to technical error or oversight.
• Technical Error: If a transaction was charged but not successfully received by the Trust.
• Unauthorized Transaction: If it is established that a donation was made fraudulently or without authorization.

3. Refund Request Procedure

• Requests for refund must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of the donation date.
• Proof of the transaction (payment receipt, reference number, or bank statement) must be provided.
• Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

4. Tax Exemption Certificates

If a refund is approved, the donor must return/deregister any tax exemption certificate (if issued) against the refunded donation.
